This fun tour will explain a bit about the history of Hamilton, Ohio and how we got to where we are. Get ready to hang out with some guys who were around when everything happened back in the late 18th century. This tour is half history and half fun... and not too much of either. You're welcome and encouraged to join us!
Tour Begins at:
See the attached map. We will begin our tour at Journal Square located at 219 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Meet under the arch. Look for the peculiar looking tour guide.
Duration:
Approximately 90 - 120 minutes
Intensity:
Moderate - Approximately 1 -1/2 miles of mostly flat walking; This tour is Stroller and Wheelchair Accessible. We will be walking near and crossing downtown streets. We will walk onto the High Main Bridge.
Restroom:
Public restrooms are sparse on this tour. Please plan accordingly.
Kids:
We welcome people of all ages on all of our tours. We will attempt to entertain youngsters a bit while we tell stories about historic Hamilton. However most of the content is geared towards those with an appreciation of history.
Weather:
All of our tours are rain or shine events. If rain is a possibility then please wear a poncho or carry an umbrella
